How do I get my products?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your products appear in My account → Downloads, and we email you the links. Nothing is shipped.

I paid but can’t find my product.

Open My account → Orders and check that the order is marked Completed. If it still says Pending, the payment hasn’t been confirmed yet. Contact us with your order number if it takes longer than an hour.

Can I download my products again later?

Yes. Everything you bought stays in My account → Downloads.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You choose at checkout from the methods we offer there. You can also top up your wallet and pay from your balance.

How does the wallet work?

Open My account → Wallet, choose an amount and pay it at checkout. The money is added to your balance once the payment is confirmed, and you can then pay for orders with it in one step.

Can I get my wallet balance back in cash?

No. Money in your wallet can be spent on any product, but it can’t be paid out.

Why do I have to confirm my email address?

We send your products and receipts by email, so we check that the address is yours before you can check out. Open the link we emailed you after you signed up.

What if a product doesn’t work?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We replace it with the same product, or add the amount to your wallet if it is sold out.
