Digital products are delivered instantly

Because your products are delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, we can't take them back. That is why payments for digital products are not refunded in cash.

Faulty or wrong products

If a product is faulty, empty or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We check it and send you a replacement of the same product.

When we can't replace it

If the product is sold out, we add the amount you paid to your wallet balance, so you can buy something else.

Wallet balance

Money in your wallet stays there until you spend it. It can't be paid out in cash.
