These terms govern your use of Account Z. By creating an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Definitions
“We” and “us” means Account Z. “You” and “buyer” means the person using the site. “Product” means a digital good — an account, key or file. “Wallet balance” means the store credit held on your Account Z account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must confirm your email address before you can top up your wallet or make a purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use anything bought here for spam, fraud, harassment, malware distribution or any other unlawful purpose, and you may not resell products in breach of a third-party platform’s terms. We may close an account that does.
4. Wallet, payments and prices
- You can top up your wallet with the payment methods offered at checkout. Your balance goes up once the payment is confirmed.
- When paying in cryptocurrency, send only the coin requested, on the network shown. Funds sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
- Wallet balance is store credit. It is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another user or paid out.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
5. Orders and delivery
Delivery is immediate and automatic. Because a product is delivered to you the moment the order is paid, an order cannot be cancelled once placed.
6. Replacements and refunds
- If a product does not work as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
- If no replacement is in stock, we add the purchase price to your wallet balance.
- Refunds are made as wallet balance only. We do not issue cash refunds or return funds to a crypto address.
- We cannot replace a product that stopped working because of how it was used — for example a change you made, a breach of the third-party platform’s rules, or unusual access.
- Change your login details as soon as you receive an account. We cannot help with an account you did not secure.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stock changes constantly and a product may sell out at any moment.
8. Closing accounts
We may close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the replacement policy or is used fraudulently. Where the breach involved fraud or chargeback abuse, the remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.
9. Third-party platforms
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any third-party platform whose accounts appear in our store. All trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Products are supplied “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Privacy
We process your data to run your account, deliver orders and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
